Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026 · Last updated: June 20, 2026
International Business Consultants, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as kre8ive.co ("kre8ive," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at kre8ive.co and sells digital products (templates and digital downloads). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are (controller)
The data controller responsible for your personal information is International Business Consultants, LLC (d/b/a kre8ive.co), located at 30 N Gould St Ste 4202, Sheridan, WY 82801. You can reach us about privacy at hello@kre8ive.co.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Information you provide. Name and email address when you purchase, create an account, subscribe to our list, or contact support; and the contents of messages you send us.
- Transaction information. Records of products purchased, order value, and billing details. Payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage and device information. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing attribution information. Campaign and link-attribution parameters (UTM data) and email engagement events, used to understand which marketing channels drive visits and sales.
- Advertising identifiers. Where you arrive from or interact with our ads, advertising platforms may share or set identifiers that let us measure ad performance (see Section 5).
3. The sources of your information
We collect personal information directly from you (when you purchase, subscribe, or contact us), automatically from your device (through cookies and analytics), and from third parties such as our payment processor, email/analytics providers, and advertising platforms that report conversions and engagement back to us.
4. How and why we use your information
We use personal information to:
- process orders, deliver digital products, and provide download access and receipts;
- provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
- send transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery, and account notices);
- send marketing email if you have opted in, and let you opt out at any time;
- measure and improve our website, products, and marketing (including channel attribution and ad performance);
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and used only where permitted by your settings or consent.
We work with advertising and analytics platforms — including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube — that may set cookies or receive event data (such as page views and purchases) to measure and optimize ad campaigns. These platforms may combine this data with information they already hold. You can manage cookies through our cookie banner (where shown) and through your browser settings.
"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control. Our site responds to recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing where applicable. Because there is no industry-standard "Do Not Track" protocol, we otherwise handle browser DNT signals as described here.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers. Payment processing, hosting, email delivery and analytics, and customer-support tools that process data on our behalf under contract.
- Advertising partners. Advertising platforms that receive limited event data to measure and optimize campaigns. Depending on your jurisdiction, this activity may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising or a "sale" under certain state laws; you can opt out as described in Section 8.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
8. Your privacy rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, and the purposes; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including targeted advertising); to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We honor the Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal information; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and sale.
To exercise any right, email us at hello@kre8ive.co. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days for U.S. state requests, one month for GDPR). You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide products and support, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
Our website and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be highlighted where required by law.
