Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for digital products purchased from International Business Consultants, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as kre8ive.co ("kre8ive," "we," "us," or "our") at kre8ive.co. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital products and our 30-day guarantee
Our products are digital goods delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase. Because they cannot be "returned" once delivered, sales are final except as described here or as required by law. Every paid product carries a 30-day works-as-documented guarantee: if within 30 days of purchase a product does not work as its listing and documentation describe, we will make it right or refund you.
2. When we will provide a refund
We want you to be satisfied. We will provide a refund or replacement if:
- The product does not work as documented — within 30 days of purchase, if a product does not do what its listing and documentation say it does. In most cases we will first provide a working file, fix, or restored access; if we cannot make it work as documented, we will refund you.
- The product is defective — for example, a corrupt file or a broken access link.
- You were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge or a charge for a product you did not order.
- You have a non-waivable legal right to a refund — under the consumer law of your country or state (see Section 4).
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@kre8ive.co within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem (including screenshots for technical issues). We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days to appear.
4. Your statutory rights (EU/UK and others)
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. We do not ask you to waive that right at checkout, so for purchases made from these regions the 14-day withdrawal right applies, and we will refund you on request within that period. These statutory rights are in addition to our 30-day guarantee and anything else in this Policy, and nothing here limits the legal guarantee that digital content must conform to its description.
5. Free products
Products offered at no charge are provided without payment, so no refund applies to them.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at hello@kre8ive.co — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access to purchased products pending resolution.
