1. Who we are

kre8ive.co is a trade name of International Business Consultants, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. References to "kre8ive," "we," "us," and "our" mean that company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

3. Products and digital nature

We sell digital products that are delivered electronically (for example, downloadable files or access to online templates). No physical goods are shipped. Delivery occurs by making the product available to download or access, typically immediately after your payment is confirmed and to the email address you provide. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for downloading and saving your purchase.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the website in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase. Some products are offered at no charge. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); by purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the processor's terms. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, which may be added at checkout.

5. License to use digital products

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital product you purchased for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Unless a product's listing expressly grants broader rights, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or share the product or your download/access;
• Reproduce or distribute the product as your own template, product, or competing offering;
• Remove proprietary notices, or claim authorship or ownership of the product; or
• Use the product unlawfully or in violation of any third party's rights.

We (and our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the products, the website, and all related content. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, introducing malware, infringing intellectual property, or using the site or products for any unlawful purpose.

8. Refunds

Purchases of digital products are handled under our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country or state.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment, hosting, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will meet your specific requirements or produce particular results. 11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kre8ive and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site or a product will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kre8ive and its members, managers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to a product if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that may be brought in court will be the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site with the most recent "Last updated" date controls. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
